Gilbert Retail Center Sells Above Asking Price

ORION Investment Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of Highland Corner, a fully leased retail center located in the heart of Gilbert, Arizona. Selling for $1.3M, or $172 per square foot, the center traded above asking price.

The property benefits from high visibility and access points on both Guadalupe and Recker Roads.

Built in 2005/2006, Highland Corner is a beautiful design, which has garnered praise from the community.

Lacey Eyman and Judi Butterworth of ORION Investment Real Estate represented the Seller. “This is a unique, beautiful property in an excellent trade area. We had substantial buyer interest and a smooth closing process,” said Eyman and Butterworth.

The Seller in this transaction was David Christenholz. The Buyer was Bikramjit Nanar, represented by Barbara Lloyd and Lane Neville of NAI Horizon.
