Dominic Perry is a passionate, client-focused professional with 20 years of proven leadership, and strategic insight, specializing in Tenant Representation in the industrial and office markets and is a sustainability champion. Dominic is known for his client-focused professionalism, high ethical standards, and ability to provide intelligent, thoughtful, and creative solutions.

Dominic brings mindful listening and client-focused professionalism to his clients. Representing multi-market clients with industrial (both general and manufacturing) and/or office (general or medical) requirements, which involves the management of a project from site selection, contract negotiation, third-party selection, and engagement, all the time keeping focused on his client’s real estate benchmarking goals. In addition to the financial implications of a real estate transaction, Dominic is passionate about Commercial Real Estate’s critical role in the implementation of Environmental Social Governance (ESG) throughout the culture of a company. He works diligently with clients, asking the pertinent and sometimes difficult questions that allow a company’s sustainability and social governance goals to become a tangible part of their daily lives.

He has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Dominic is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) in Arizona and served on the City of Mesa’s Economic Development Advisory Board for almost nine years.
