Nick Miner, CCIM has been involved in over 400 sale and lease transactions totaling over $500 million in volume over the course of his 25+ year career in commercial brokerage. This does not include the billions of dollars of commercial investment properties analyzed on an annual basis for clients. Nick began his career with CBRE|MEGA Corp. in Omaha, Nebraska in 1998 before moving to the Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap in 2001.

In March 2010, Nick began teaching commercial real estate classes at Arizona School of Real Estate & Business to help other commercial real estate practitioners navigate the commercial real estate waters.

Nick offers his clients a diverse commercial real estate background in sales and leasing. In the past several years, he has transitioned into a top investment broker.

Nick received a BSBA in Accounting and Real Estate & Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2000. He was nominated for ASREB’s 2016 Broker of the Year.
