Discount Tire drops $64 million on West Valley warehouse
Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on Oct 27 2026

Scottsdale-based Discount Tire acquired a large Phoenix warehouse on Oct. 26, according to Maricopa County Property records.
The company purchased the property – which is located off the Loop 101 at Indian School Road – from Trammell Crow Company for $64.5 million.
The facility includes over 21,800 square feet of office space and about 290,000 square feet of warehouse space.
It’s within a larger industrial park called Park Algodon, which was developed by Creation and Clarion Partners and has an adjacent mixed-use project with retail and restaurants.
Discount Tire’s plans for its new West Valley warehouse are unclear.
A company spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
The deal adds to Discount Tire’s local real estate footprint.
The company has operated in the Valley since 1970, and it’s currently working on a new, roughly 300,000 square-foot headquarters office off the Loop 101 in Desert Ridge. Discount Tire is the second-largest privately held company in the Valley with 2025 revenue of $10.4 billion, according to Phoenix Business Journal research.
It’ll be one of the first users in an emerging Headquarters Alley, where several new corporate campuses have opened or are underway.
Discount Tire acquired the 35-acre site for its HQ project there through an Arizona State Land Auction in 2022, spending $29.4 million.
It actually owns several office properties in the area. That includes its existing corporate office building at 20225 N. Scottsdale Road, which it acquired for $40,180,000 in 2017.
