Cody Leslie

Cody Leslie joined ORION Investment Real Estate, specializing in multifamily assets throughout the Phoenix MSA. Due to his understanding of multifamily ownership and management, Cody provides unique insights and service for his clients by seeing deals through the eyes of the owner. Cody started his career solely focused on multi-unit value-added investments as a general partner in syndication and joint venture deals. He currently holds 70+ multifamily units as a general partner. Through this experience, Cody learned how to source value-added investments, underwrite, raise capital for, close, and asset manage multifamily properties.

After Cody brokered his first commercial property for a client, he fell in love with helping his clients buy and sell multifamily assets. Since then, Cody has shifted his focus to helping his clients to build, sell, and manage their multifamily portfolios.

In his free time, Cody enjoys working out, playing sports, meeting new people, reading, and investing in his own portfolio.
