Olivia Welch joined ORION Investment Real Estate with a focus on retail investment sales. Originally from St. Louis, she gained early exposure to real estate through her family’s involvement in the industry, shaping her passion for the business. She earned her Finance degree from the University of Arizona and began her career in corporate banking at Northern Trust.

With her background, Olivia brings market knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to her role at ORION. She combines her institutional perspective with a focus on building strong client relationships.

Olivia serves her community as a Precinct Committeeman and enjoys running and playing pickleball.
