Daniel Sheldon is a seasoned retail professional who has transitioned into commercial real estate investments, bringing his landlord and tenant representation expertise to the table. He currently serves as a Senior Associate in Retail Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales, providing exceptional client services in Arizona and nationally. Daniel holds a degree in Urban Planning and Development with a Minor in Sustainability from Arizona State University. Before joining ORION, he successfully managed National Tenant Portfolios along with their franchisees. Over the decade of experience working specifically with tenants, Daniel was able to hone his tenant representation skills and industry knowledge during his tenure at Catalyst Commercial Group. Daniel also spent three years with DeRito Partners, where he worked with both landlords and developers, exceeding industry expectations while growing his business and relationships within the CRE industry. At ORION, Daniel leverages his expertise to assist landlords, developers and national REITs with their investment needs. With invaluable insights gained from representing both landlords and tenants throughout his career, he is adept at navigating the complexities of commercial real estate and is excited to share those skills in the world of investment real estate.
