DSV, a Danish transport and logistics company offering global services by road, air, sea and train, has signed a new lease for 251,216 square feet of industrial space at Litchfield Palms Logistics Park in Goodyear, Arizona.

The building is owned by Johnson Development Associates, a Spartanburg, South Carolina-based real estate developer of industrial, multifamily and self-storage properties on a nationwide scale.

Founded in 1976, DSV operates in more than 80 countries. The Goodyear lease adds to DSV’s Phoenix-area footprint. In January, the company broke ground on a 950,000-square-foot Arizona regional headquarters in Mesa, a $14.5 million investment that will serve as a hub for DSV customers and house all service offerings, including air, sea, and road transport, and contract logistics.

Litchfield Palms Logistics Park, at 150 N. Litchfield Road, comprises three industrial buildings totaling 855,962 square feet, completed in 2023. Building A at 150 N. Litchfield Road offers approximately 251,216 square feet with 36-foot clear heights, 42 dock-high doors and two grade-level doors.

The park sits in a master-planned, institutional-quality business park environment in Goodyear’s West Valley sector, just off Interstate 10 and immediately adjacent to industrial buildings occupied by Amazon, FedEx, UPS and pet goods supplier Chewy.com.
