Location: Northeast corner of South 52nd Street and West University Drive in west Tempe.

Description: A 19-acre development is under construction in a largely industrial area of west Tempe, just west of State Route 143.

Three Class A industrial buildings will total nearly 300,000 square feet. Two of the buildings will span around 110,000 square feet, while the third will be about 78,000 square feet.

The development, called Sky Harbor Innovation Park, also butts against a residential neighborhood on the east side of the property and is located about two miles from downtown Tempe.

No tenants have been publicly announced.

History: The lot was previously an office development. It was sold for $23.2 million in April 2026.

When will the work be done? Work is expected to be completed in spring of 2027.
