Arvle Knight, CCIM has lived and worked in the Northwest Valley of metro Phoenix since 2002. Since 2004, he has represented buyers, sellers, and tenants of office, industrial, retail properties. He joined Kasten Long Commercial Group in 2012 to focus on representing sellers of multi-family housing in North Central Phoenix and the Northwest Valley. Angie Ritchie joined ORION Investment Real Estate as part of the Fritz-Salazar/Coffen team, specializing in apartment investment sales. A native of Arizona, she knows the Phoenix Metro Area well. Her career prior to real estate has been diverse, working in finance in the hotel and casino industry in Las Vegas and in operations for a commercial contractor during the Las Vegas construction boom.
