Andrew has achieved excellent results for his clients through his extensive market knowledge and industry relationships. In this role, Andrew was instrumental in the sale of the Cornerstone Shopping Center, an iconic property adjacent to Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ. The ORION team brokered this off-market transaction for Yam Properties for $28.5 million. Andrew was also responsible for the sale of the prestigious Paloma Village in Tucson, AZ. This Trophy asset was identified by Andrew for a client and resulted in $17 million transaction, which equated to over $455 per square foot. Prior to joining ORION Investment Real Estate, Andrew founded Harrison Commercial where he focused on the acquisition of distressed retail shopping centers. These complicated transactions included REO’s, short sales, and receivership sales. As a part of these deals, Andrew regularly collaborated with leading financial institutions, including BBVA Compass, Midland Loan Servicing, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of Arizona, Pacific Western Bank, and First Citizens Bank and Trust Andrew graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Public Administration & Urban Studies. He has a professional affiliation with the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker.
