Andy McIntire

Andy McIntire, originally from Colorado, is a seasoned professional with a diverse and interesting career journey. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

Andy started his career as a teacher, later making a significant transition into the financial services industry, where he spent 17 successful years working with some of the biggest names in the industry. He acquired all the necessary securities licenses and earned prestigious designations such as Certified Investment Management Analyst and Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst.

In the course of opening and managing his own businesses, Andy discovered his passion for the commercial real estate industry.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Andy has a strong commitment to youth and youth sports. Today, he and his wife own three thriving businesses in this field, leveraging his financial expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to make a mark in the industry. He has coached baseball at every level, from Little League to High School, and takes immense pride in watching his three children compete in their chosen activities.
