Angelessa (Angie) Ritchie

Angelessa Ritchie joined ORION Investment Real Estate as part of the Multifamily Division, partnering with Linda Fritz-Salazar. Together, they specialize in the acquisition and disposition of existing Multifamily and Assisted Living properties, as well as land suitable for Multifamily and Assisted Living development.

A native Arizonan, Angelessa offers an insider’s knowledge of the Phoenix metropolitan area. Her career path prior to real estate has been both diverse and entrepreneurial. From working in finance in the Las Vegas hotel and casino industry to managing operations for a commercial contractor during the city’s construction boom, she brings a unique blend of financial, operational, and design insight to the table. She has also owned and operated a high-end furniture boutique and a successful coffee house, further sharpening her skills in customer service, business management, and creative problem-solving.

Known for her ability to spot potential in unconventional or overlooked sites, Angelessa brings an open-minded, opportunity-driven approach to every deal. Her flair for design and understanding of the new construction processes make her a valuable partner in redevelopment and ground-up projects.

Angelessa prides herself most in being fully present and involved in the lives of her two sons. Her eldest is proudly serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, while her youngest is currently a junior in college.
