Ben Leavitt

Ben Leavitt joined ORION Investment Real Estate specializing in the Sales and Leasing of Retail Shopping Center Properties in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, working with industry veterans Mary Nollenberger and Nicole Ridberg.

Ben has been in sales for as long as he can remember. While attending college, he interned for a company exporting products to Mexico and lived in Mexico City, utilizing his sales experience and proficiency in the Spanish language to build relationships and open new accounts in that Market. After graduating from Cal State Fullerton, he worked his way up to a management role for a large tool manufacturer, overseeing a team that sold construction equipment and tools throughout Colorado and Wyoming.

Upon moving to Arizona, Ben began investing in real estate and ultimately joined a business in-house finding retail centers to buy and then occupy and lease. Due to this experience of finding off and on market deals, Ben prides himself in finding creative solutions that benefit all parties involved in a real estate transaction.

Ben and his wife, Sharley, are residents of Mesa, Arizona, and have become very involved with the foster children of Arizona and have been licensed foster parents since 2020.

In his free time Ben enjoys hanging out with his three young kids, playing basketball, volleyball, as well as gardening.
