Ben Moeckel joined ORION Investment Real Estate to specialize in land and multifamily properties across the Greater Phoenix area. He works with investors, developers, and property owners to identify and execute strategic opportunities with a focus on long-term value and market fundamentals.

As a graduate of Arizona State University, Ben brings a strong foundation in business and a disciplined, research-driven approach to every transaction. With a deep understanding of development dynamics and a sharp eye for emerging opportunities, he is known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and driven to produce meaningful, client-focused results.

Originally from Massachusetts, Ben now calls Scottsdale home. He enjoys sports, music, and spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, and fishing.
