Carol Schillne joined ORION Investment Real Estate in 2022 and loves all things RETAIL – shopping, eating, and playing! Driving value is her goal. She is a Proud Tenant Rep. With over 35 years of experience as a developer, a broker, and a tenant, Carol has produced a skill set unmatched in the industry. As a shopping center owner and previous retail operator, Carol knows how to drive value for her clients. She uses best-in-class data analytics tools to help her clients make the most informed decisions. Her specialized retail experience provides a deep understanding of the deal points that are most critical to both parties in negotiating highly successful transactions. She has effectively managed transactions for all retail product types, including:

Restaurant Services: Sicilian Butcher, Jinya Ramen, Bourbon & Bones, Little Ollie’s, JING, RA Sushi, Tavistock Restaurant Collection, In-N-Out Burger, Chick-fil-A, BJ’s, IHOP, Gloria Jean’s, Brinker International, Darden Restaurants, and Yogurtland

Tenant Representation: Franchise, independent operator, and large corporation clients (Trader Joe’s, Wells Fargo Bank, Walgreens, Le Creuset, and Lifeway Christian Stores), as well as financial institutions, apparel, specialty, big box retail, and entertainment concepts

Disposition Services: Sales, leasing, lease buyouts and bankruptcy work for clients such as Wells Fargo Bank, Home Depot, Standard Brands Paint Co., Builder’s Emporium, and National Lumber

Investment Sales: Shopping centers, free standing buildings, and single tenant net leased properties

Consulting: Project consulting and municipality work for clients such as the City of Claremont, CA, numerous outlet centers (including Lake Elsinore, Lake Arrowhead, and Anthem, AZ) and Starbucks
