Carter Marks

Carter joined ORION as a Senior Associate, and while his primary focus is Multifamily, Carter brings a diverse background with experience across multiple asset classes, including both investment sales and commercial leasing throughout the Phoenix MSA.

Carter earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. He began his professional career in the mortgage industry, where he developed a strong understanding of capital markets and real estate financing. This background allows him to navigate debt markets and uncover strategic opportunities for his clients. Known for his relationship-first approach, Carter is committed to understanding the unique needs, goals and investment strategies of every client he serves. 

Outside of work, Carter enjoys snowboarding, golfing, playing basketball and taking family trips to the beach. He’s also actively involved in his local church, where he and his wife serve together in the two-year-old ministry. They live in Central Phoenix with their daughter and two dogs, and love spending their free time with friends and family.
