Carter Marks

Carter Marks joined ORION as a Senior Associate. Although he specializes in Multifamily, Carter has experience across multiple asset classes, dealing in both investment sales and commercial leasing all across the Phoenix MSA.

Carter graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Management from The University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management. Having begun his professional career in the mortgage industry, he uses his finance and lending background to navigate the debt markets and uncover opportunities for his clients. He prides himself on building relationships and understanding the unique needs and goals of everyone he works with.

In his free time, Carter enjoys golfing, hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and serving at his church. He and his wife live in the west valley and love spending time with friends, family and their two dogs.
