Cody Leslie

Cody Leslie specializes in multifamily assets throughout the Phoenix MSA. A native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, he comes from a family with deep roots in real estate and grew up around the business well before it became his career.

Cody started out solely focused on multi-unit value-add investments as a general partner in syndication and joint venture deals, building his original track record in the New Mexico market. There he learned to source value-add opportunities, underwrite them, raise capital, close, and asset manage multifamily properties through the full value-add process. He continues to hold 70+ multifamily units as a general partner in New Mexico. That background has helped Cody sees deals through the eyes of the owner, and he underwrites his clients’ assets the same way he underwrites his own.

After brokering his first commercial property for a client, Cody fell in love with helping clients buy, sell, and optimize their portfolios. Since then, his focus has been to help owners build, sell, and asset manage their portfolios. Since relocating to Arizona in 2024, he has become one of the most active brokers in the small and midsize multifamily space, transacting on more than 150 units across 25 separate assets and more than $30 million in transaction volume in a two-year period. That pace reflects his energetic, deeply engaged attitude and passion for the business.

In his free time, Cody enjoys working out, playing sports, meeting new people, reading, and investing in his own portfolio.
