Cole holds a degree in Marketing and Business Management from Grand Canyon University’s Honors College, graduating in just three years. Before joining Orion, he founded a successful digitally native apparel brand with a powerful social message, showcasing his passion for creating impactful businesses.

With invaluable insights gained from representing both landlords and tenants at CBRE, including larger REITs like Washington Prime, Kimco, and Westwood Financial, Cole is adept at navigating the complexities of commercial real estate transactions. At Keyser, he honed his tenant representation skills, perfecting his service delivery and expanding his industry knowledge.

At ORION, Cole leverages his expertise to assist both national and local retailers and restaurants seeking to expand, as well as national and local developers looking to add value to their projects. He is a passionate advocate for the food industry, as demonstrated by his membership in the Arizona Restaurant Association.
