Dennis Hoth, CCIM

Dennis Hoth join ORION from CB Richard Ellis|MEGA. He has a diverse set of skills, having provided developers a full continuum of services from site selection, planning, construction consulting, leasing and sales and providing land owners a wide variety of services such as land acquisition, disposition, entitlement services, development consulting, planning and construction feasibility. His 30 years of experience encompasses all aspects of brokerage and consulting services.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis|MEGA, Mr. Hoth was the president of a local real estate company that developed numerous office and retail properties and syndicated land, multi-family, retail, and office properties. He has worked with many national and regional accounts as a tenant and buyer representative, serving a variety of office, industrial and retail users.

Dennis holds a multi-state real estate broker license. He has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation that requires specialized knowledge of real estate investments. He has also been awarded two professional appraisal designations (SRPA, SRA) and has earned the Specialist in Real Estate Securities (SRS) designation from the Real Estate Securities & Syndication Institute. He has won numerous award and distinctions over the course of his career.
