Jennifer Eggert

Jennifer Eggert joined ORION in 2016 as Vice President, specializing in retail leasing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation. While at ORION she has been very active on the leasing side, while also expanding into sales of both single tenant and multi-tenant retail properties.  She has built a portfolio of loyal clients who rely on her to provide them with current market happenings, deep knowledge of competing properties and strong negotiation skills.  These accomplishments have led to her being named as a 2020 AZ Business Leader in Retail Brokerage by AZ Big Media.

Jennifer began her career in commercial real estate in 2004 at Retail Brokers, Inc., where she mainly focused on the leasing of second generation centers. There, Jennifer worked for a single Landlord whose portfolio included over 1 million square feet of retail space in the Phoenix metro area, where she increased occupancy levels by 25% during her tenure and consistently won the award for most square footage leased every quarter. In 2007, she was awarded the CoStar Group’s Power Broker Award, which is based on retail leasing transaction volume, after completing 40 transactions covering roughly 90,000 square feet. In 2009, Jennifer joined ZELL Commercial Real Estate Services and began focusing on working exclusively with third party Landlord’s. During this time, Jennifer also began working directly with Tenants and aiding them in their search for the perfect location. She takes great pride in walking a first time Tenant through the leasing process from start to finish, and has developed a very loyal group of clients.

A native of Arizona, Jennifer attended Arizona State University and graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business, with a degree in Supply Chain Management in 2004. Outside of the office, she is actively involved in many Alumni organizations with both ASU and her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi, for which she currently serves as the President of the ASU chapter’s house corporation. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Sun Devil football team!
