Judi Butterworth has been leasing and selling shopping centers in Maricopa County for more than 39 years. Consistently a top producer, Judi has closed over half a billion dollars in transactions that have included big box sales and re-leases, shopping center sales, outparcel sales, center leasing, and tenant representation leases. She is known for her superior market knowledge and for her ability to close deals by utilizing excellent negotiating skills. Her goal, when selling an asset, is to maximize price and carefully vet the buyer.

Judi joined ORION Investment Real Estate in February 2016, as Senior Vice President, to focus on selling retail buildings. Prior companies include CBRE, DeRito Partners, and Velocity Retail Group.

Judi is a frequent industry speaker for groups like ICSC, RealShare, ULI, BOMA, and many more. She served as Arizona State Director for the International Council of Shopping Centers and served on the state committee for 9 years.

Judi has been a community volunteer since moving to Phoenix in 1974. She served on the Board of Arizona Women’s Education and Employment (AWEE) for several years and created their annual signature event, Cocktails and Clothes in 1985. She was a founding Board Member of the Changing Lives Center, a long-term addiction recovery campus. Other community accomplishments include: past President of Charter 100, past Chair of Phoenix Zoning Board of Adjustment, past Chair City of Phoenix Housing Commission, member of Class IV of Valley Leadership, member of Paradise Valley planning committee, among others. In addition, Judi was a finalist for the prestigious Athena Award in 2015.

Judi attended Bowling Green State University, focusing in Business/Commerce, as well as City University of New York-Hunter College where she focused in Philosophy and Political Science.
