Lacey Tirone

Lacey Tirone brings a wealth of investment, property management, and real estate experience to her position as a Vice President at ORION Investment Real Estate. At ORION, Lacey specializes in selling multi-family, multi-tenant and net leased retail properties across the Phoenix Metropolitan Area. Lacey has successfully marketed and sold multiple assets, while representing owners, buyers, and facilitating a smooth sale process.

Lacey began her career successfully selling securities and commercial insurance, while holding her Series 6 and 63 licenses. Lacey’s family has a long history in the real estate field, having owned multiple residential and commercial offices in California and Arizona. Over time, Lacey slowly took over her parents’ properties and went into real estate full time.

Lacey soon caught the eye of Progress Residential, a national property management REIT that had over 24,000 homes in their portfolio. Lacey became responsible for over 800 homes as a leasing professional. Lacey’s persistence and sales skills enabled her to significantly increase the company’s vacancy rate and annual production. This success led to her being named Top Producer for Arizona, also recognized as second in the nation.

Lacey takes time to give back to the community through her volunteer efforts. These include being the creator of Jeremiah Angels of Love, which offers a day of beauty for moms affected by the loss of children in the armed forces. They also are part of the Rancho Feliz Charitable Foundation, where Lacey and her family go down to Mexico twice a year to perform service work in the barrios. She also has promoted fund raising events for New Turning Point for Women, an organization that helps women in crisis. Lacey’s strong work ethic and problem-solving skills, along with her desire to help others, make her a true asset to the ORION team.
