Lauren Holcombe

Lauren Holcombe joined ORION Investment Real Estate with 12 years of experience in real estate and graphic design. She began her career working at local real estate company, De Rito Partners, Inc., while finishing her degree in Graphic Information Technology at Arizona State University. After almost 4 years of enhancing her real estate and design knowledge with De Rito Partners, she was hired to work for a top team at Cushman & Wakefield in the area of tenant representation. During that time, she expanded upon her skills by creating and collaborating with the design of proposals, tour books, offering memorandums and more. From there she decided to keep improving her design skills by joining a local construction company where she designed and laid out a ±70 page digital magazine twice weekly for a total of over 430 magazine issues. She also designed and created event branding & collateral for clients such as the Arizona Department of Transportation, Valley Metro, City of Phoenix and Sky Harbor International Airport. With a passion for graphic design and over a decade of experience in real estate and construction, she is excited to be able to bring her knowledge to Orion’s growing team.

As a fourth generation native of Arizona, Lauren loves the desert and all of the environmental diversity this state has to offer. She has lived in different places throughout Arizona including Phoenix, Cave Creek, Flagstaff and Page. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her two rescued dogs and traveling with her boyfriend.
