Leo Pataq

Leo Pataq joined ORION Investment Real Estate in 2025 as a Senior Associate after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He earned his real estate license at the age of 18 and worked in the industry throughout college, gaining hands-on experience while most of his peers were just getting started. During that time, he also led a student-run real estate organization and held financial and philanthropic leadership roles, sharpening the discipline and drive that define his work today. By the time he moved into brokerage full time, he had years of experience already behind him. Today, he specializes in multi-tenant retail investment sales and net leasing, applying sharp financial instincts and a clear strategy to every transaction.

With several active listings across the Valley, Leo has earned the trust of investors, landlords, and tenants throughout Arizona to guide complex transactions to the finish line. He brings a disciplined command of underwriting, cash flow analysis, and deal structuring, and approaches each assignment with a plan tailored to the property and the client’s goals. Whether representing a seller positioning an asset for sale or a tenant securing the right location, Leo markets every property with intent — drawing on digital platforms and deep industry relationships to reach qualified buyers and potential tenants.

As a graduate of Brophy College Preparatory who grew up in the Valley, Leo knows this market because it’s home.
