Linda Fritz-Salazar

Linda Fritz-Salazar brings decades of industry expertise to ORION Investment Real Estate as part of the Multifamily Division, partnering with Angelessa Ritchie. Together, they specialize in the acquisition and disposition of existing Multifamily and Assisted Living properties, as well as land suitable for Multifamily and Assisted Living development.

Linda began her professional journey after graduating from Indiana University, Bloomington, with a move to Phoenix to pursue a career in Commercial Banking. As Senior Vice President of a local bank, she led the Home Builder Construction Loan Department—an experience that sparked her passion for real estate brokerage. Licensed as an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson in 1983 and a Broker since 1994, Linda also held a General Building Contractor’s License (B License) from 1985 to 2006, further enriching her understanding of development and construction.

A recognized expert in the Multifamily sector, Linda has been a featured speaker on numerous industry panels. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence are guided by her professional philosophy: “Solid relationships make for successful transactions.” She is involved throughout every stage of the deal, from economic analysis and marketing to due diligence and financing.

Outside of real estate, Linda is an avid golfer—“Par is no longer the goal, but breaking 90 is expected!”—and enjoys spending time with her two black Labradors, Lulu Bell and Banner.
