Mary Nollenberger joined ORION in 2021 as Senior Vice President, bringing to the team her 20+ years of extensive commercial real estate expertise. Mary represents investors in acquisition, stabilization, and disposition in the Phoenix metro market.

Mary’s expertise lies in trade area feasibility, brand development, and strategic expansion. She has represented area developers and landlords over many years. Mary has been responsible for site selection for local and national retail tenants including regional and national roll out and expansion strategies. Mary has an extensive background with trade area research, analysis and development of a viable market plan and strategies for targeted marketing efforts, contract negotiation, execution, and reporting procedures.

Mary’s overall involvement in the commercial real estate industry fully encompasses her professional experience and leadership involvement in many of the outside organizations. She has organized a retail networking group with members from the most active retail brokerage teams in the Phoenix market

She prides herself in establishing trustworthy and long-term business relationships with her clients by providing an unprecedented level of customer service that exceeds expectation. Mary has been recognized for many commercial real estate awards & achievements over the last several years for her outstanding performance.

Mary is a member of ICSC – The International Council of Shopping Centers and attends the main event in Las Vegas, NV every year in May where developers, investors and brokers come together to make deal in retail & development for expansion opportunities. She is also a member of AZCREW, an organization designed to advance and support women in commercial real estate through leadership and mentoring programs and other events within the community. She also serves in the business mentorship program at Arizona State University.
