As a seasoned real estate agent, I’m passionate about helping clients gain a competitive edge in the market. With years of experience in leasing, sales, investments, and developments, I’ve honed my skills to serve the retail category, particularly restaurants.

I’ve represented buyers and sellers in numerous income-producing transactions, ranging from the mid-$600s to over $2 million. Additionally, I own a 501(c)3 non-profit organization called Rising Realtors, dedicated to supporting teenage real estate professionals.

I’m now serving clients in the East Valley, Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley. My expertise includes commercial lease negotiations, investment opportunities, with developer knowledge in retail sales, and first-time buyer support.

I’ve been in Arizona since 1999 and have witnessed the state’s remarkable growth, the thriving market, and the expansion of businesses. I have two daughters, one of whom is an ASU graduate, and the other is an associate of Apple, Inc. I deeply appreciate the value of community in Arizona, having grown up in California.
