Rachael Anderer has recently joined ORION as office administrator. She assists with broker and office requests, as well as the marketing team on occasion. Rachael handles office activities and operations to secure efficiency, assists with re-occurring reports, conducts research for the firm, answers incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate individuals, keeps stock of office supplies and places orders, sorts incoming and outgoing mail, and maintains a professional office environment. Rachael’s optimism, attention to detail, organization, and excellent communication skills are all contributing factors to the Company.

Rachael currently resides in Phoenix. She plans to enhance her administrative skills and learn the “ins and outs” of the commercial real estate industry through her position at ORION.
