Zack Mishkin is a Managing Director at ORION Investment Real Estate with nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He provides comprehensive advisory, acquisition, disposition, and marketing services to owners, investors, and developers, with a primary focus on multifamily investment sales and complementary experience across build-to-rent and SFR communities, hospitality, land for development, and the sale of partially or fully entitled development opportunities.

Zack brings a thoughtful, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to every assignment, combining deep market knowledge with a clear understanding of his clients’ objectives.
