Company Inks Lease for Facility in Glendale for Clients Moving Out of California

City of Industry, California-based Cubework.com Inc. has signed a lease for 100% of the 915,000-square-foot building called Cotton 303 Logistics Center in the Phoenix metro.

Cotton 303 is located on the southeast corner of Glendale Avenue and Cotton Lane just west of the Loop 303 in Glendale. It will bring the flexible warehouse company’s footprint to about 2 million square feet across the Valley and is one of the largest leases to be signed in recent months in the Phoenix region.
