Living, lifting and more are coming to the site of the former Paradise Valley Mall.

Luxury fitness club operator Life Time (NYSE: LTH) will expand to Paradise Valley Mall not only with a club but also with Life Time Living — an 11-story, residential living tower on site. This will be the first Life Time Living project the Minneapolis-based company has planned for Arizona. It debuted the concept in 2021 in Coral Gables, Florida.
