Northrop Grumman, Varsity Brands Among Leases Signed at Gilbert Industrial Park

More than 300,000 square feet of new industrial space has been delivered to the market in Gilbert — and most of it has already been spoken for.

Developers GID and SunCap Property Group and general contractor Graycor Construction Co. have completed construction on Buildings 9, 10 and 11 at Gilbert Spectrum — a 64-acre industrial park that’s been built in phases since 2016 near McQueen and Elliot roads.
