Parts Town Plans to Open Major Distribution Center in West Valley

Addison, Illinois-based equipment and parts distributor Parts Town Unlimited is planning to open a large distribution center in metro Phoenix — its first facility in Arizona and the Southwest.

Parts Town will occupy all of a 420,536-square-foot warehouse in Glendale at the C|303 industrial park developed by Merit Partners, First Industrial Realty Trust and Diamond Realty Investments. Its new facility is one of three speculative buildings that were developed as part of the C|303 project. In total, the industrial park will feature 1.75 million square feet of space at full build-out.

The company’s high-tech distribution facility is expected to open late next year and eventually create 100 new jobs in the West Valley industrial park, which is located at the northwest corner of Loop 303 and Camelback Road.
