Phoenix has one of the highest office job growth rates year-over-year

The Phoenix market saw one of the biggest gains in office jobs year-over-year alongside other Sunbelt regions.

Phoenix experienced a 1.3% increase in office jobs from September 2023 to 2024, which was higher than the national growth rate over that time period, according to a Yardi Matrix office report released in November.

The Phoenix market had the fourth-highest office job increase in the nation behind Houston’s 1.6%, Dallas’ 1.5% and Miami’s 1.5% uptick year-over-year.
