Trammell Crow Co. and a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors are developing a four-building industrial complex, called Park Aldea, to be built near State Farm Stadium in Glendale.

It is the first general industrial project to be built along the western stretch of Loop 101 since the recession.

Buildings in the 27-acre complex west of 99th Avenue along Cardinals Way — the name of Bethany Home Road in the area — will range from 74,165 square feet to 118,240 square feet. The entire complex totals 356,000 square feet. Construction began last month and is expected to finish by second-quarter 2020.

Trammell Crow paid $5.5 million to acquire the property, according to real estate database Vizzda.
