CBRE’s Jess Weber, Andrew Behrens, Stephen Baird and Ryan Jameson represented the buyer, while CBRE’s Asher Gunter, Matt Pesch and Austin Groen represented the seller, Baron Properties. Linear apartments, a five-story, 104-unit apartment complex built in 2015 at 295 E. Roosevelt St., sold for $28.8 million. The 111-unit iLuminate Apartments, just across the street at 290 E. Roosevelt St., sold for $30.6 million. The last complex is the McKinley, a five-story, 108-unit apartment building built in 2019. It is several blocks southwest of the other two properties at 280 W.
