What makes a company trustworthy?

Forbes broke down trustworthiness into over 50 different metrics in their 2026 ranking of the 300 most trusted companies in the United States. The media company’s list looked at employee reviews on Glassdoor, financial performance, workforce turnover rate and more.

Three companies headquartered in Arizona made the list, which only included for-profit companies with at least 10,000 employees. Technology company NVIDIA topped the ranking, followed by Amazon and Netflix. In a profile on the most trusted companies, Forbes described how Netflix, despite having a high firing rate, is clear about its expectations of employees, which led to the company’s high ranking.

Phoenix-based Sprouts was the highest on the list at No. 75.

HomeSmart International, a real estate company headquartered in Scottsdale, was No. 177.

Resideo Technologies, based in Scottsdale, was No. 240.
