3 West Valley projects to add services for cars, health and money Article originally posted on AZ Central on December 15, 2025 Three projects that will provide different types of services to residents in the West Valley are being developed, most of which are expected to be completed in 2026. A major car dealer is expanding its auto service center off the Interstate 10 in Avondale to boost efficiency and the number of people it can serve. Medical offices are being built to meet the needs of the growing population in north Peoria. Glendale is getting a new credit union branch, as part of the company’s plan to expand across the state. Here’s what West Valley residents should know about the projects. Toyota improving its auto service center in Avondale Avondale Toyota is expanding its service center near 99th Avenue and Interstate 10 to increase the number of cars it can service while decreasing wait times. The center will include 70 bays, four electric vehicle lifts and new equipment to service electric vehicles. It’s expected to be completed by spring 2026, and will be used for tire changes, quick maintenance, used vehicle repairs and all other vehicle maintenance. It will also be capable of an oil change and tire rotation in an hour or less. Medical center coming to north Peoria to meet growth demands Cielo Vista Medical Commons, offices with up to 80,000 square feet of rentable space, are being constructed near Lake Pleasant Parkway and Jomax Road, according to commercial real estate company Cushman and Wakefield. The offices will span two buildings ― the Lake Building and the Summit Building ― on a 6.6-acre site, and there will be two development phases. The Lake Building was expected to be completed by June 2026, according to the real estate company, and a completion date was not announced for the Summit Building. The location is close to the upcoming Amkor semiconductor plant. Sheila Bale, of Cushman and Wakefield, said the buildings will meet the rising demands for medical office space and improve access to healthcare services in the rapidly growing area. Bank adds new branch in Glendale as part of expansion across state America First Credit Union is opening a new branch near 83rd Avenue and Camelback Road, at the border of Glendale and Phoenix. The location is one of eight that have opened or were expected to open in the next couple of years as part of the credit union’s plan to expand across Arizona, according to a news release. An exact completion date for this location is not yet known, but construction appears to be far along. The credit union said the new branches would create more than 80 jobs in the region and are “a testament to America First’s mission to empower communities through financial education and accessible banking services.”
