Arizona Land Consulting plans Valley data center with tech investors Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on May 29, 2025 Arizona Land Consulting has teamed up with other prominent investors, such as former Facebook executive and venture capitalist Chamath Palihapitiya, to turn a West Valley site into a mega data center project. The investment fund led by Arizona Land Consulting CEO Anita Verma-Lallian closed on roughly 2,000 acres for $51 million on May 23. It’s the latest major land deal for Verma-Lallian’s firm, which has been a prominent Valley real estate player in recent years. After selling 2,100 acres in Buckeye to data center developer Tract for $136 million in August 2024, Arizona Land Consulting in October spent $38 million for 600 acres of prime land in Casa Grande and scooped up 150 acres in Buckeye for $21.7 million.
