Arrivia renews 42,521-square-foot office lease at upscale Scottsdale mixed-use center Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on July 2, 2026 A Scottsdale-based travel and loyalty technology company has extended its 42,521 square foot office lease at the upscale Scottsdale Quarter mixed-use retail center. Arrivia moved into its current office at 15147 N. Scottsdale Road, Suite 210, in 2021. That lease was set to expire in February 2027, but a company official said it has renewed its contract for the space. “We want to be in Arizona for long term, in large part because of its emerging talent with technology,” said Trevor Steege, Arrivia’s chief legal and administrative officer. “And tech-focused energies are coming into the Phoenix, Scottsdale area.” Specific details involving the lease rate and the length were not disclosed. Jonathan Keyser of Keyser Commercial Real Estate represented Arrivia in the deal. Michael Strittmatter and Brad Anderson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, FalconEye Ventures. Arrivia is a travel loyalty provider that partners with brands such as American Express, T-Mobile and USAA to power their travel rewards programs. Through Arrivia’s platform, members can book travel such as cruises using loyalty points and cash. ‘Premier live, work, play’ location The company has other global offices in Europe, Asia, Australia and Mexico, with a total of approximately 2,000 employees. About 200 people work out of the Scottsdale headquarters. Steege said the central location and the “premier shopping and entertainment district area” are some of the biggest draws for the company to remain in the area. “When we bring clients and partners and board members into town, they get energized by just the environment that the office space is located in,” he said. Keyser described the Scottsdale Quarter as the “premier live, work, play lifestyle center in the state.” “There’s a lot of people that really wanted Arrivia, and we looked at multiple other sites, got some really good offers, but ultimately looking at both the centrality of the location, the caliber of the property, the walking nearby amenities and the investment that the new ownership is pouring into it all sort of factored into that decision,” Keyser said. Strittmatter said Scottsdale Quarter is a “unique mixed-use center” that offers retail and an open-air component that is a key draw for companies that want to attract and retain employees. “You can offer your employees an experience that they can’t get working from home or at a lot of other office locations,” Strittmatter said. Buchalter law firm, Blue Yonder Inc. and Spaces are some of the other office tenants at Scottsdale Quarter. Scottsdale office market experiences ‘momentum’ A few miles southeast of Scottsdale Quarter, Consumer Cellular signed the largest Phoenix metro office lease of the year at 8501 E. Raintree Dr. — also in north Scottsdale. Keyser represented Consumer Cellular in the 15-year lease deal. Keyser said there’s a lot of “momentum” happening in this office market. “I think that people understand the value of the submarket, the caliber of the employees and the ecosystem surrounding it, as well as the good amenity base,” he said, adding that it’s “one of the hottest markets” in the country. Strittmatter said the north Scottsdale market has some of the lowest office vacancy rates in the Phoenix metro. As for the Scottsdale Quarter, it’s 95% leased, he said.
