Belgravia Group tops out first phase of $90M Scottsdale condos; plus more Valley deals Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on March 12, 2026 Chicago-based Belgravia Group topped out the first phase of Atavia, its 88-unit Scottsdale luxury condominium project it’s developing across the street from its 112-unit Portico. Upon completion, Atavia will total 14 four-story buildings with homes priced between $860,000 and $1.7 million in a gated community within DMB Associate Inc.’s $1 billion One Scottsdale mixed-use project at the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Loop 101. Homes will range between 1,570 and 3,015 square feet, with some of the homes boasting rooftop decks up to 570 square feet. The company’s $100 million Portico development sold out in March 2024, though Belgravia Group CEO Jonathan McCulloch said Portico’s last units were delivered at the end of 2025. “There were typical construction delays that can’t always be foreseen,” he said. Chicago-based Maris Construction is the general contractor and KTGY is the architect for both projects. Initial move-ins at the new Atavia project are expected by winter 2026. The first phase of the $90 million Atavia development nearly sold out, said Keith Mishkin, CEO of Cambridge Properties and designated broker for Atavia and the 112-unit Portico.
