Georgia-based Wood Partners has opened the luxury Alta Biltmore multifamily community near Camelback Road and State Route 51 in Phoenix.

The 215-unit luxury apartment at 1720 E. Camelback Road is the third project opening in the Valley for Wood Partners, with the Alta Surprise and Alta 99th projects opening in late 2023.

Monthly rental rates start in the $1,500s for one-bedroom units, while two-bedroom units start in the $2,100s. The developer plans a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the project on April 3.
