Biltmore Fashion Park has signed several new leases and have new tenants opening in Phoenix’s long-running luxury outdoor mall.

Red Development, which owns and operates Biltmore Fashion Park, announced this week five new tenants have recently opened or will be opening soon in the mall.

Construction is set to start later this month on new spaces for FP Movement, the Free People brand of activewear, and Solidcore, a high-intensity workout studio. Both new tenants are expected to open in spring 2026.

On a limited lease, Biltmore Fine Art recently opened a fine art gallery in a pop-up space across from Pomo Pizzeria. The gallery is led by Robert Casterline, the co-founder of Casterline|Goodman Gallery, which has locations in Aspen and Napa.

“Biltmore Fashion Park has always been defined by its mix of exceptional retail, dining and culture,” Mike Ebert, managing partner at Red Development, said in a statement. “Our focus is on continuing that legacy in ways that feel current and well considered.”

The center recently learned that one of its tenants, Saks Fifth Avenue, will be shuttering its location in April and laying off workers.
