BKM Capital Partners acquires $168M Valley industrial portfolio Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on September 16, 2025 Nearly 900,000 square feet of industrial space across more than 40 Phoenix-area buildings has been acquired in a $168 million transaction. Institutional investor BKM Capital Partners, which focuses on multi-tenant light industrial real estate, bought the Valley portfolio alongside Kayne Anderson Real Estate, according to a Sept. 10 announcement. An affiliate of Equus Capital Partners Ltd. was the seller of the portfolio, which includes eight properties in Phoenix and Tempe. CBRE’s Rusty Kennedy, Joe Cesta and Darla Longo represented Equus in the deal, according to a Sept. 10 announcement. BKM was represented internally by Brett Turner and Michael Grossner. The acquisition brings BKM’s Arizona portfolio to roughly 4.5 million square feet, and its overall assets under management to more than $3 billion. BKM, which has been active in the Phoenix market for at least a decade, already completed a $192 million, four-property industrial portfolio sale earlier this year.
