Boutique hotel The Remi set to open in Old Town Scottsdale

Old Town Scottsdale’s newest luxury hotel property is preparing to open later this month.

The Remi Scottsdale, Autograph Collection, a boutique-style hotel, will open on July 22 in the middle of the popular nightlife area and with six bars on location, is expecting to be part of Scottsdale’s entertainment engine. It is located at 4415 N. Buckboard Trail.

While new, The Remi has been designed by the Rockwell Group to remind its guests of a bygone era of hospitality. The name is actually short for “reminisce,” which is something the staff hopes guests will do when they visit the hotel.

“We want to bring back that feeling back of the art of hospitality where you were being taken care of when the moment you came into the building,” Shy Coleman, The Remi’s director of sales and marketing told the Business Journal. “We’re modernizing that. We’re making it more playful and more fun.”
