Developers Eye Multifamily Use for The Ranch in Gilbert in Effort to Work Together With Neighbors

Just months after Gilbert residents repeatedly halted Town Council discussion in opposition of The Ranch, a developer in the project expects that a modified proposal for the project will be one the neighbors get behind.

Pew & Lake PLC, on behalf of IndiCap and Colmena Group, submitted a pre-application narrative and exhibits to the town of Gilbert for a minor general plan amendment and rezoning for nearly 39 acres that would make way for a multifamily development and boutique retail at The Ranch. That aspect of The Ranch will be heard at Gilbert Planning Commission’s next meeting on Wednesday evening.
