Diversified Partners Breaks Ground on Shops at 75th in Glendale

Diversified Partners, the leading Scottsdale real estate brokerage and development company, announced the groundbreaking for its Shops at 75th development project, located at 7501 W Bethany Home Rd. in Glendale, Ariz. The groundbreaking ceremony, held on Dec. 11, was attended by a large crowd, which included Glendale Vice Mayor Joyce Clark, Councilmember Ian Hugh, City of Glendale staff, neighbors, among others.

Located in the heart of the West Valley, the new project is part of Diversified Partners’ portfolio of $100 million investment in commercial real estate in Glendale. The four-pad, 3.71-acre development has already attracted a variety of tenants, including Dutch Bros. Coffee, Cali Tacos Restaurant and BeBa Nails & Spa.

“I’ve worked with Walt Brown Jr. and Diversified Partners for several years, and they have always been sensitive to my requests in an effort to make every development better,” said Glendale Vice Mayor Joyce Clark. “I’m delighted to be here today to welcome yet another project by this amazing group. This development shows that Glendale is not just focused on the new frontier, the 303 and Westgate, but our focus is on making sure our infill partners are taken care of as well.”

The ownership group comprises NRM Group LLC in conjunction with Diversified Partners. MCG Architecture will serve as the project’s architecture firm, Foursite Development will lead construction management and BPR Companies LLC will serve as the general contractor on the project.
