First look: Camelback corridor office complex unveils $10M renovation with lakeside amenities Article originally posted on Phoenix Business Journal on May 27, 2025 The first set of renovations at a Camelback Corridor office complex are now complete. Holualoa Companies along with Plaza Companies constructed eight new spec suites and transformed the outdoor space surrounding the expansive 2.5-acre water feature, a defining characteristic of the class A office complex. More than $10 million in completed and ongoing renovations — including six more spec suites — have been invested into the Camelback office, Holualoa’s Phoenix Acquisitions and Asset Manager Olga Denisova told the Business Journal. Most notably, the shared outdoor area behind the two, 209,000-square-foot office space saw considerable renovations, including adding a “lakeside boardwalk,” a ramada with a grill and dining areas and a grill. Some other amenities include a putting green and a pingpong table. Plaza Companies oversees the 11-acre property, which is located at 2111 E Highland Ave., and led the renovations too. The main water feature stems from the property’s former iteration as a nine-hole golf course.
